As the milk is lying in the acid in the stomach, it can curdle and bec ome yellow in colour...yes milk curdle inside the stomach...It always does because casein the protein in the milk curdles by acids and we have hydrochloric acid in our stomach HCl helps in digesting proteins because protein digesting enzymes like trysin, work in acidic medium
