An interesting thought. At first I would be inclined to say that it isn't... But on further thought...
A computer at its most basic, is able to take in an input, store it in memory and/or perform some calculations with it, and then produce an output.
So is a coffee maker a computer?
Input = ground coffee, water, and a coffee filter
Memory = it will store that coffee, water, and the filter even if there's no power.
Calculations: putting it all together and brewing
Output: the brewed coffee.

I'd say that it very well could be construed to be a primitive computer. What it does is solve a specific problem.

yes. the "computer" makes sure it does the correst amount of grinds and water and has to make sure the water is at the right temp so on so on
