why do I still feel tired after eating healthy?!


Question: Why do I still feel tired after eating healthy?
I ate barley soup with
carrots, peas, onions, cabbage, celery and parsley
felt tired 25-30 min after

then I had organic cocoa power tea
felt very tired after and during

now I just ate spinach and hummus
again feeling like I could sleep.

last time my glucose was tested at the doc, it was at 70.

Whats wrong with me?

you might need to eat more proteins. eat some meat!



Most people feel tired right after eating. It takes a lot of energy to digest food. Eating a lot of carbohydrates can make you feel even more sleepy. Exercising will give you more energy.



Maybe you're not eating enough? and/or maybe you aren't getting enough sleep or drinking enough water. There are many different things other than dieting that makes you feel better. Drinking lots of water always helps me.
