How to STOP eating candy?!?!?!


Question: How to STOP eating candy?!?!?
Okay, so I'm a skinny girl, but I have a candy crave practically EVERY day!! And I do not think it is good for me or my hair(trying to get my hair healthy again)...do you have any suggestions to stop eating so much candy? I swear I crave and eat it way to much...any ideas would help! Thanks a ton! :)

It's hard to break a habit, especially when you feel a craving for something. But trust me, make yourself go 3 or 4 days without it and you'll stop craving it.

Switch to fruit, like many others have suggested. It's not as concentrated a sweet and your body will thank you for it.



Chew gum, or brush and floss your teeth after a meal or when you're craving something sweet. After all the work of brushing and flossing you'll think twice about eating something. I personally have to kind of wean myself off slowly. Cut back a little bit each day until you're down to nothing or very little.



Fruit! I love fruit and it curbs my sweet tooth. On weekends you can have a little bit of sweets though but during the week fruit is amazing plus the water in the fruit will help hydrate your skin and get your hair healthy again.



I sometimes have the urge to eat a lot of candy for no apparent reason. You just have to push yourself, no matter how hard it may be. It may seem difficult at first, but you'll get used to it.



I am the same exact way except the hair part lmaooo ask a friend or family member to hide the candy and try eating something like a Greek salad or caesar salad sooooo in a few days eat some candy BUT in MODERATION :) have fun ;)



Try celery, it has next to zero calories, it's fun to eat, and filled with water. Oh, and it fills you up (last I remember it).

I eat food.



Take the candy and take a dump on it.

That usually works. Mentally, you'll never see it the same way again.



The only real way is to just force yourself to stop. People will say eat this or that instead but you are just filling one urge with another. The best thing is to learn self control.

i have a really bad candy crave too haha but ive been just like trying to stop eating the candy and eat sugarfree gum



Self control? Or do we need a medication for that, too?



Freeze a crap load of grapes... Trust me... It works....
