Is eating takeaway Chinese food which was the noodles, is that good for you?!

Well any takeout isn't good. You should try and just buy chinese noodles in the store and make your own stir fry. Also to bulk up muscle you better be working out and eating lots of carbs :) Pastas, bread, etc.
It is good as far as nourishment goes, but it is high in salt, but it will not bulk you up.
