reduce your calorie intake drink lots of water becuase once you do it becomes water weight and then your body litterally drops it off :D you will also need to exercise regularly it is very important to do cardio and core work which are basic sit up push up planks etc! you will also need to 6 small healthy meals a day or 3 meals day with snacks in between. it's a challenge to lose belly fat but anything is possible. ;)

Spot fat removal is impossible. The only way to lose fat is to lower your overall caloric intake. So eat less and do more cardio.

5 minutes three times per day. Then, increase the minutes, as your muscles are stronger.
Drink really really hot Lemon water and lots of it.
That helps break the the fat in your body.
Don't add sugar or anything just hot lemon water
I've lost 10 punds doing this seriously
