Why does leftover chicken taste funny?!

If food tasted better the next day, then everyone would buy their food a day in advance and save it for the next day when it would taste much better.
Why does stale food not taste as good as fresh food? Because it's not fresh.
Someone else brought up a good point about microwaves. Are you reheating it in a microwave? Because if you are, NOTHING tastes good being microwaved.
If it did, Chipotle would microwave it before they served it.
Reheated fast food is never a good thing. It's fast food ... it's supposed to be served fast and eaten in one sitting. Whatever you do, never reheat a Filet o Fish
Anything that you reheat in a microwave will taste funny, as it's being radiated!
Your not the only one. I had enchiladas for lunch that were made last night, still good but nothing like last night.
