I am engineering student and spend most of the time studying. I am gaining weight fast because I east so much to compensate from sleeping late and so much stress in my difficult exams.

i know you are sleeping late but you could try to take a 15-20 min walk it will help with the stress - give you some energy so you might not over eat and even may help with the weight lose
