Many liket Hulu & YouTube , best I have found the Shows' Web site ie Glee ( Fox site) , Hot in Cleveland TV land site..Conan TBS site. Older shows yahoo has a Tv section. Soaps go to network site ABC/ CBS

hulu has all of the main network stuff, other than that, you will have to pay for other services, but it would be way cheaper than buying cable.

i know this is a long shot but try youtube. or if live matches try the bbc i player. hope this helps
