today i learned in health meat can make you really sick and fat. it increases your risk of cancer.

Others turn out a half-way decent product.

Well, there's an old saying about sausage that applies to hotdogs, too: "It tastes really delicious, but, trust me, you REALLY don't want to know what's in there!"

I enjoy high-quality sausage w mustard, ketchup or mayo - period.

depends... in a kosher it is all beef but in a non kosher hot dog there are a bunch of random animal parts, mainly consisting of pig.

Well according to my sister its all the fatty parts in a pig i am not sure if that is 100% true though.
