blueberry muffin mix?!
sorry stupid question but i gotta know is it ok to not put eggs in blueberry muffin mix and just put milk? even though it says to put 1 egg? will it taste different?
Answers:
It won't be as tender or tasty, and you have to add 2 Tablespoons more of milk or oil or yourgt to make up for each missing egg.
