Energy Drink Question?!

Question: Energy Drink Question?
Hello!(:
Me, my (now ex)boyfriend, my two friends, and a bunch of other people went to the mall last night and stuff, and my (ex)boyfriend had a monster, then a (nauze??) i think, and then another monster....
And then he said he felt sick and stuff, and then he was walking around and stuff saying "i swearrrr"
I wasnt worried, cuz we only went out for like 4 hrs, but i was curious what was wrong?

Answers:

Energy drinks contain massive amounts of caffeine, sugar, and other ingredients. It is generally not recommended to drink large quantities in a short amount of time. These drinks will also have different effects on everyone. Not everyone has the same sensitivity levels to these things.

Most energy drinks has ingredients that boost brain activities which helps tricking the body that its still not tired. Mostly its taurine or caffeine, maybe your boyfriend had an overload of those stuff and his brain and body was not able to adapt to it fast so maybe what happened to him is a side effect of those contents.

Maybe.

Caffeine overload. Probably was nervous and jittery. I would say he felt pretty bad.

He was just acting like an idiot.
