Drink 4 glasses of water and 4 cups (not Japanese cups) of green tea.
Green tea, I heard, was a fat emulsifier. I don't know; not sure, but I do this everyday.
Also, avoid greasy/salty snacks eg. Junk foods and fast foods, replace them with vegetables, soup and fruits.
