no it is not toss it out as soon as u read this if u still have it is past the expired date and u also should toss out everything eles that is out dated

otherwise, it isn't, it probably has bacteria, things like that
As long as the can isn't dented, bloated, or rusted, I'd eat it.
We just ate a jar of food from 1999 last week.It was still good.
if it's bad the can will be swollen or leaking. Otherwise it is fine.
