Energy drink with 41,000% DV of Vitamin b12...?!
I had a sample of this energy drink at costco. Is this even safe/healthy?
My dad also said that there's only so much that your body can absorb, so most of it goes to waste...?

B12 is a water soluble vitamin. It won't harm you even in large quantities.
