What do you like on your pancakes?!

For a crepe or Swedish style pancakes:
*lingonberries & lingonberry butter
*lemon & powdered sugar
*Nutella and strawberries
*Mixed berries & whipped cream
*Scrambled eggs with sausage
*chicken in bechamel sauce with asparagus

For traditional buttermilk pancakes:
*homemade brown sugar pecan syrup
*butter & cinnamon sugar (with Vietnamese cinnamon, and lots of it!)
*Sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
*Blueberries in the pancakes, with butter & cinnamon on top

For German style (puff) pancakes:
*lemon & sugar or lemon curd
*berries in any combo & whipped cream
*butter, cinnamon & sugar
*vanilla bean whipped cream

1. nutella with sliced bananas on top
2. butter and maple syrup and blueberries and strawberries
3. jam

Once I made the pancake like a taco and put stuff on top and wrap it up.
I thought it would taste bad, but it's actually okay .

tomato, mozzarella and basil for a savoury one but classic lemon and sugar for a sweet one..

yummy! i want pancakes now :)

Sugar no matter the pancake.
Maple syrup for the thick, sweet ones.

And for the ones you can buy pre-made, and just grill them - lotsa butter!

Fresh Apricots soaked in kirsch, sliced, and laced with home made Madagascan vanilla ice cream shot through with Cointreau.

pancakes - some butter and lots of maple syrup

Definately some jam on it, with powdered sugar and cinnamon, caramel is good too

Freshly squeeze lemon juice, butter and sugar yum!

Puréed apple with sultanas and/or raisins.
