Sounds like you only like sweet things. Your sense of taste is all messed up. You need to cut down on the fruit, sugar,and other sweets in your diet, and get used to normal unsweetened food. Otherwise, not only will you be overweight, you'll probably also get diabetes.
You can make woks or stir frys.
Or make soups.
Roasting vegetables or steaming them is nice!!
Make salads....
Steam some veegtables and eat with some chicken and gravy..NICE!
eat like cucumber,peppers,carrots,celery wtih humous as dip
Eating fruit is good...limit portions
I know what you mean and have found to experiment with having them cooked different ways.
