Question: What does Poutine taste like?

Ok so i live in the UK and i have recently seen a picture of Poutine on the web and i want to know what it tastes like i mean i have chips and cheese and chips and gravy but not together

I am in agreement with the other, plus I am a former chef from Canada and worked in Quebec, there they have stores/shop devoted to just making Poutine, in the UK you could imitate it with a nice chippy shop order of chips, diced cheddar cheese, the white vairety and topping it with a drizzle of chip shop gravy, the sauce in Quebec is similar in many ways.

It is God's gift to Canada. So delicious. Haha, all sillyness aside, it has a taste that you really can't just relate it to any other food. I'd definitely recommend trying it for yourself though. :D

It tastes like pure deliciousness. Seriously, one of the greatest food combos ever. And yes, I am Canadian.
