Question: Can anyone tell me how to lose belly pooch without gaining muscles?
What exercises should i do to lose belly pooch and other body fats without gaining muscles? I want to gain muscles but after i lose most of my body fat , i am not fat at all but i just have this little lump at the lower of my belly that i cant get rid of i tried pull ups for months and i gained abs without this fat disappearing so what can i do to remove it, and i dont want to alter my nutrition i just want to keep it in the exercises.

First of all, muscles look good. That's why you try to get rid of the fat.

There isn't any way to selectively get rid of fat, it goes little by little from all parts of the body. Exercising aerobically at your target heart rate is the best way to burn fat. Bicycling or walking briskly are two good aerobic exercises.



Running will get rid of that faster than anything else.... go for a run/jog once or twice a day, and you'll see a bug change... you don't even necessarily have to diet, just don't eat an excess of unhealthy foods.... that us the best and fastest solution!



Cut way down on carbs and run.



Just eat healthy.
