How to eat buffalo wings without your mouth getting really spicy?!

Question: How to eat buffalo wings without your mouth getting really spicy?
Hi!

I'm writing this on my iPhone from the ladies room...FREE WiFi!!!

I'm in a restaurant and I'm on a double date. Since we all like buffalo wings my friend Stacy ordered a plate (Big enough for all four of us).

How can I eat them without my mouth getting spicy??

Answers:

You can eat spicy buffalo wings by drinking milk~!

A Food Network chef said that's his trick/secret to eating spicy foods and it will cool down your mouth~!

1. Drink milk or some sort of sugary non-carbonated drink (eg. iced tea) with no alcohol in it. The sugars counter the chemical burn sensation. The fat in the milk also acts as a barrier to block receptors from getting the capsicum molecules, which slows down the burn effect. Alcohol though, will only help free up the capsicum, which will make it hotter.

2. Pause and munch on the carrot and celery sticks periodically. They'll also counter the burn sensation and that's kind of why there's almost always a few of those and a dish of dressing with an order of Buffalo wings.

3. Don't order them hot.

you can't.
They have to go into your mouth to be able to eat them.

Drink some hot hot water that should help ;]
