What's up with these green stalks on my cauliflower?!
Are we comfortable with that? If not, what kind of action should be taken?

Edit...Okay, if they are greenish stalks then they are slightly under ripe. This whole head could be kept a few more days to allow it all to even out. If you want it now, go ahead and trim off the greenish ones and eat the rest
You may be referring to broccoflower - cross of cauliflower and broccolli.
