in the morning i eat corn flakes then lunch time i eat tuna sandwich or a baked potato or a i some times sneak in a kfc then at night i have chicken potatoes and mixed vegetables

your meals should contain a third carbohydrates, a third veg/fruit and the other third left should be made up with dairy, meats and fats/sugar (search the eatwell plate in google).
how you make up this is up to you, but variety is good too
ur meals need to be varied every day though and balanced across your life time not just a day to have the healthiest diet
