Over time, the soda breaks down your body's calcium and potassium supplies, leading to brittle bones and muscle deficiencies. The sugar contributes to diabetes and high blood pressure, and the odd sugar substitutes are unable to break down in your body and therefore cause digestive issues over time.
I recommend water.
for me it gave me a sweet tooth overload and now my tooth has a little hole in it where anything that's sugary and stuff goes into the nerves of my tooth. I think I drink one once or twice every two days or something. It depends on when I get to McDonalds or KFC :L
