Question: Why am I always hungry even tho I eat a lot?
I eat a lot to try and gain weight but I can't! (I'm 6'2 and 120pounds) anyways even though I eat im still always hungry. Why

Answers:

You have a high metabolism. Im 15 110 and i eat over 5 meals a day and workout daily (not the same thing every day like but thats a different subject.) i burn off a lot of calories and have a very high metabolism

Well, if you eat large meals, then your stomach is stretched out so you dont feel full as long.. if you are bored, eating is something that releases the endorphins in your brain that make you happy, so eating is always an option..other than that, I would just eat high protein sources & grains if you want to gain weight.. eating ALOT doesnt help you gain weight, it is eating things that your body can use..

There is a possibility that you may have tapeworm, but more then likely not...that is just how your metabolism works.

There is an additive in our food that is addictive. MSG I'm not sure what all it's in but it's sole purpose is to make us eat more. As I understand it, it was started to help old people have a better appetite. I learned this when I discovered the hgc diet (I might have got the letters mixed up)

sometimes ,that happens to me either
i just don't hungry, but want to eat, want to have something to do with the mouth
i think that is just some kind of habit
but you should be self control

I have a high metabolism too, but in your case it might be a medical condition of sorts.
Try going to a doctor, ask them -bluntly if u must- about something called "tapeworm".

If you eat small portions and a lot of them within a day, then your fine you have a high metabolism. I have a high metabolism also, and it's hard to gain weight. Good Luck!!

Are you eating enough protein? Protein is supposed to stop you feeling hungry so to start with I would increase this if you are not eating enough of it.
Some high protein foods include:-
Chicken
Turkey
Beef
Fish
Eggs & Egg Whites
Beans
Nuts
Milk

I am really sorry . I don't know the answer myself.
