Which fruit/food should i eat?!
my school's sport day is coming up and i'm representing my house running
not to forget my school homeworks..
can anyone tell me which or what fruit or food is best for supplying some energy
besides having at least 6-8 hours of sleep
i still feel very tired..

apple or banana!!
bananas give you more energy, but apples likely fill you up and are less calories but sitll give you energy.

- Whole grain pasta or bread - they give your body long lasting energy. Try eating them the night before your race.
- Eggs - a good source of protein which helps repair muscles when damaged during training
- Salmon - another good source of protein and omega 3
- Beans - they provide both carbs and protein, a win-win combination
- Quinoa - rich in protein and carbs too
- Banana - a good source of carb
- Sweet potatoes
- yogurt - protein and carbs combined
- peanut butter - a good source of fiber (don't overdo it)
- Carrot - tasty, low fat and filled with vitamins to replenish your body
Before your race itself, it's best to eat something light with a limited amount of figer to avoid upsetting your stomach. Wholegrain toast with peanut butter and/or a banana for example.

Apples would be a good choice. There are about 20 grams of carbs in an apple.
