Am i eating too much or not enough?!


Question: Am i eating too much or not enough?
I'm 15 female 4 foot 10 7 stone 4 is that overweight am I fat?
I recently just got over an eating disorder and I have put on quite a lot I'm just wondering is this a normal amount of food?

Yesterday I ate
2 Weetabix milk and suger 200kcal
2 frubes 100 kcal
Snack a jacks 85kcal
Go ahead yougharrt bar 160 kcal
5 chicken nuggets 210kcal
pieces of bread 75kcal
Piece of bread 75kcal
Brown sauce
Bowl of fruit 50kcal
2 frubes 100kcal - its a youghart
2 weetabix milk and suger
Ginger nut 45kcal
Ginger nut 45kcal
Ginger nut 45kcal
Ginger nut 45kcal

I think that that amount in a day is absolutely fine. Your weight is not at all too heavy. But it's all to do with moderation and balance. As long as you're exercising and eating a balanced diet with fruit and veg its all good. It's also about you're personal metabolism of how much food your body can process and convert into energy vs. Fat so everybody is different in how much and what they can consume. But I think for most people what you've stated above is perfectly reasonable. You have no reason to worry :)



depends on your activity, and your metabolism

a gymnast needs more food than a couch potato
2 similar weight people could have 2 completely different metabolisms, and one might be able to eat much more than the other.
