What do you have for breakfast-and why?!

Question: What do you have for breakfast-and why?
I hardly ever have breakfast...sometimes its cocopops, cheerios, fryup, cerealbar...
Never have anything on weekdays as im always in a rush to get to school..but then my stomache cant stop making noises. Now that i have my exams i need to eat before i leave or else my tummy wont shup up during exam and my performance will lack. What do you think is quick breakfast that will satisfy your body and mind?

Answers:

I had a hearty breakfast of porridge with brown sugar and a banana with some coffee because i had an exam today and wanted to make sure i didn't feel hungry and the banana is meant to be good brain food and thought the coffee would help me stay alert!! hopefully my smart breakfast payed off!! xxx

you can take somthing as easy as like cornflakes/weetabix/all bran/ start (some healthy cereal, not full of suger) with yoghurt or milk and maybe a fruit/banana or some dried fruit... its simple.
or muslie with yoghurt/milk and a banana is really good!

porrige/oatmeal with jam and milk and an apple is nice aswell!

or jsut plain yoghurt with honey and a banana is really filling btu really nice.

if you have more time you can make like a smoothie, or a fruit salad with yoghurt.

even tosat with like cheese/peanut butter and jam/nutella/ham/humous/jam/marmalade/hon… etc etc is a good breakfast.
something high in fibre is good.

I usually some toast and jam and porridge and it keeps me satisfied up till lunchtime. Porridge is probably your best breakfast to have if your gettin g hungry quickly. It doesn't take long to make. Otherwise, perhaps just get up a little earlier!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's very important that the meal is healthy and well balanced - to help you throughout the day. I try to eat as balanced as I can.. :L

I think you should eat an omlette cause it's full of proteins. You should also add some vegetables to make it even healthier and to make it satisfy your body and mind until lunch.

I make protein shakes during the week. Usually make 3, and then I can grab one as I leave in the morning. There are lots of good protein powders on the market that you can use.

Porridge.Oatmeal is a slow release food so its ideal for you. I have anything from toast, to a fryup, just depends what I feel like eating.

The best thing to eat is cereal with orange juice, becuase it brings out the fiber in the cereal and helps you take a ****.

i just know :)

grab some fruit. quick, easy, delicious, and fruit like oranges and bananas have their own packaging.

I have an Apple, a Banana and a Kiwi fruit.

Chris.
