Question: I would like to freeze some foods?

I'm wondering if I can freeze cream cheese and soy milk, and if so, for how long?

hi.....I freeze regular cheeses like shredded and block cheddar but I haven't tried cream cheese. Freeze just a little bit and see what happens. The worst that would happen is that it would "seperate" like frozen milk does. (you are in the foothills) I'm near Yuba City....Carol
