Special K Cereal with skim milk, some clementine oranges with it or A slice of wheat toast with peanut butter, REDUCED FAT, and Milk to drink.
Get up a bit earlier and make eggs. Egg white with mushrooms or tons of veggies. Milk on the side or some Chrystal Light is good!!! Drink a lot of water during the day... if you don't have time to cut stuff up in the A.M. do what I do when you come home from the store, wash up your veggies, and cut them up or the night before you make breakfast cut them up. Eggs are super quick. Add egg whites to a wheat english muffin or the egg white with veggies and have fruit on the side with a half wheat english muffin and peanut butter.

The way your egg is cooked decides 50% of your day. So cook it properly, spot-on.
