Is the artisan bread okay to eat?!
I opened a package of this artisan bread type stuff today. It was frozen. It was in one of those plastic bags that has a part you can rip off, but you can then zip lock it to re-use it. Inside the bad, there was another plastic bag that the bread was in, but this bag was open, and I'm not sure if it was supposed to be open. Should I still eat it?

I would look at the bread to see if there is nothing wrong with it, and look for the expiration date. If all is well, don't worry about it and eat it. Good Luck!!
If you bought more than one pack, see if the other bag is open. If it is then its safe to eat.
