How can I thicken the liquid in green beans?!

Question: How can I thicken the liquid in green beans?
I make them in the crockpot & they taste awesome! But the liquid in them is too thin...almost like water. I like them better when it's thicker but it never thickens no matter how long I cook them. I'm afraid to just add something because I don't want to ruin them. Any suggestions??

the easiest is corn starch the water needs to come to a boil and pour in a mixture 1 part corn starch and 1 part cold water until it is as thick as you want

Yeah, cornstarch or flour. Just enough to thicken it to your desired consistency, not more than needed. You don't want it to taste like flour or cornstarch. :)
