What goes well with spinach and leek?!
I'm thinking spinach and leek fried in a wok, what should I put with it?
Answers:
Butter & Garlic first, then an onion and shredded leek. Make sure you do the spinach separately because the water that comes out will ruin the garlic and leek.
I would chop them up and mix some feta cheese and then put them in some puff pastry and bake them! Good Luck!!
