No. After a while the oil in it will get rancid. This will affect the taste (it won't taste fresh) and you'll have to throw out the whole jar! This will eventually happen anyway, but will happen much faster if left out of the fridge.

why did you open it? That stuff is nasty anyways. Buy real mayo, and refrigerate it.
