are the arizona green tea packets with splenda bad for you?!
i just recently bought some of them and started reading some of these things about Splenda and sucralose so I'm not sure... I don't understand how something could be approved by all these agencies but be that bad for you? I understand what's in it, but if it's limited is it still really bad for you?
For reference, I never use more than 1 packet per day, and mabye 3-4 times a week. The packet is 2.8g, not sure if it's all sucralose (splenda).
