How many types of food taste better or prefered when mouldy?!


Question: How many types of food taste better or prefered when mouldy?

I only know of one,it is called Medlar,it is like a small apple it is picked and left to go soggy,then eaten,I did eat it as a small child ,it was sweet,but I have not seen them for many years.I saw a programme on television about them ,so they must still be grown.



Certain cheeses.
Aged steaks.
Prosciutto



erm well is cheese technically mouldy? i'm not sure but i think blue cheese is, and i like that! haha x



Cheese and dried ham.



Some cheeses and some meats....



not moldy, but aged. (Cheese)



not sure mold is good



none of them
