what thing you have to eat to replace the proteins you loose if you don't eat fish?!
I don't eat fish any more because I am living now in town where isn't good fishers . I need to replace its richness by other nutrition .. So could you give a diet which can provide me the same benefits ?

If you don't eat fish, all you're missing is Omega-3 and Iodine. You can get cheap omega-3 pills that will supply your daily intake. To supplement the iodine, you can use iodine table salt, eat eggs, or if their is an asian market or health food store nearby, you can get some nori seaweed - which goes good in soup and has a lot of vitamin C and potassium as well. You can get the protein from any meat or bean group, just make sure it's lean and low in sodium or else you will get a lot of fat and water retention with it.
