most people use medium cheddar I think...I've always used colby-jack with broccoli sprouts for crunch. It's really freaking good.
Provolone melts beautifully, and is great on whole wheat toast. Otherwise, sharp cheddar is good.
I use whatever I have and lately it has been a grate pizza mix, but normally it would be Edam with onion occasionally.
Kraft singles. Or thin sliced velveeta.
Tasty or Edam. Colby tastes like soap and mild (as the name suggests) barely has any taste at all.
My family normally put American cheese.. the Kraft kind. But I much prefer mild cheddar.
I only use mild cheddar.
I prefer the aged dutch gouda from costco.
