It's good for you.
No, it's probably better for you than the fresh broccoli at the super market because it's flash frozen at it's peak, keeping it loaded with nutrients. It takes a bit of time to ship fresh broccoli to the grocer, and then it gets handled and sits in the produce section until you get there and buy it. You should steam your broccoli, too - maybe try that instead of nuking it :)
They are good for you. They flash freeze them as soon as they are picked, meaning the vitamins and minerals don't degrade while being transported. They are the exact same thing you find in the produce section. Just avoid the ones that are pre-flavored, or are covered in some sort of cheese like sauce.
