Will my fruit arrangement freeze in the car?!

Question: Will my fruit arrangement freeze in the car?
I make an DIY and homemade edible arrangement made out of grapes, pineapple, cantaloupe, oranges, and strawberries. The arrangement is over 10 pounds and is very delicate and can easily be knocked over and broken if handled wrong. So, in order to avoid that problem (also, it's too tall for most fridges to hold without taking off a shelf), I decided instead of bringing it in my work I will just leave it in the car. But, it's freezing over here (Canada) and tomorrow is going to be - 4 degrees Celsius outside.

Will my fruit freeze solid?

Answers:

I don't think it will freeze. Here's why. One, the car is warm while you are driving. It will take some time before it cools to below freezing. Once it is below freezing, water will start to freeze but fruit has a high sugar content. Two, the sugar will alter the freezing temp of the fruit making it freeze resistant. I am not sure just how much the freezing point will be altered but I do think it will protect the fruit for several degrees below freezing.

Park in the sun.

Yes! 32 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 degrees Celsius is the point of freezing so obviously if it is that cold or even colder then yes they will freeze.

They sell frozen fruit that you thaw before you eat so if it does freeze it should be fine.

Most likely, park it near a warmer area thats inside to help block it from the cold

Yep, but it should be okay when it thaws.
