I just ate so much food and feel like a hot mess.?!
lol, but seriously. I never over-eat, but got carried away. I'm super skinny so I'm deff not worried about weight gain. I just feel sooo sick to my stomach. I also feel dizzy and know I ate way too much sodium. It's too dark to go for a walk and I would never throw up (although I should I'm SO uncomfortable)

haha, I know. it's happened to me before too....don't it suck?
don't lie down now. sit up straight so the food digests better and wait an hour before lying down to go asleep. In the morning, drink some juice, tea or coffee. eat a light lunch after!
then just go back into your regular routine. you'll be just fine. :)
