is this safe to eat for the next few days?!

Question: Is this safe to eat for the next few days?
Honest question. But I'm trying not to spend any more money this week....until I get my next paycheck....and all I have in my pantry at the moment are whole wheat crackers, multi-vitamins, green tea and extra virgin olive oil.

So I guess the crackers dipped in oil drunk with tea would be my actual meal for the next four days. Technically, I'm getting in all my vitamins in too.

This is ok, right?

Answers:

I mean, it's not healthy, but you won't die. If you do, drink plenty of water too.

I wouldn't recommend it, though.

Maybe you should consider using a local food bank to supplement your diet with some fruits and veggies. I mean I'm not sure if your low income or if you just blew all your money on a big screen TV, but the food bank usually has a lot of extra bread and veggies. Also you may want to consider dumpster diving. Seriously, I believe the trendy name for this is "Freeganism", look around in your area and see if there are any freeganist groups around.

Really I don't think only eating those things is OK for you but you won't die. But it also won't be vary much fun. Maybe these suggestions will help you with your dilemma.

Have FUN!!! :)

While its not the best idea, going four days shouldn't kill you. You will feel a complete lack of energy though and your metabolism is dead. If you could find some protein or fruits/veggies its advisable and you should make sure your multi-v really is complete or you attempt to intake some calcium. Eat lots of oil on the crackers to maintain some calorie intake. Drink water, don't be shocked if you get somewhat sick, and don't binge as soon as you buy more food. Good luck!

Well, it's not the healthiest, or most nutritious, but it won't kill you. You say that you don't want to spend anymore money this week, but you probably should. I mean seriously, get something nutritious, like fruits and vegetables. Or even some canned food, like soup or a few cans of tuna fish. Dry pasta and beans are both good to have on hand and pretty inexpensive.

If you are otherwise healthy and in good shape you could actually fast for four days (provided you are still drinking adequate water). It doesn't sound completely nutritious but I think you will be okay, just hungry.

Go ahead but if I were you than I would at least get a big huge container of a protein shake
because at least it will last a long time like a month & it is not too expensive just drink one when you get hungry

That has got to be the worst menu plan I've ever seen! lol Why don't you get yourself invited to someone's house for a few meals? At least then you can bring home some leftovers. :)

No it isn't healthy.
