Cake decorating, what should I do next to advance my skills?!
I took all of the Wilton Method classes at my local Michael's and I have been enjoying cake decorating very much. Every cake I do has been getting better but I feel like I would like to take more classes. I am not interested in going to a culinary school at this time but I know that there are many workshops and gatherings that take place. So, for a beginner like me who has already done Wilton Method, what classes/workshops would you suggest I try and take next? Are there other cake decorating methods besides the Wilton Method?

According to where you live they may have some classes you can take or workshops..But unless your thinking about culinary school Wilton's is the only other method I know of ..Check your local new paper and some of the colleges where I live offer a 6 wk class so check your local colleges to.
