it is okey to defrost frozen chicken and after bring back the defrosted chicken in the freezer?!
because i am selling a frozen foods like chicken...so in order for me to easily get some of the pieces of the chicken to weight in the weighing scale...

yes, but the chicken can only be in the temperature danger zone(41°-135°F) for 4 hours TOTAL
this is cumulative, meaning if you defrost it into the temperature danger zone for 2 hours, refreeze it, defrost it again for 1.5 hours, refreeze it, it can only be in the temperature danger zone for 1/2 hour. After 4 hours, pathogens will grow to a level high enough to cause illness and cannot always be killed through cooking.
