What fats are good for you, and which foods contain them?!
I'm trying to lose weight, and i want to make my own 'diet' plan i guess.

Monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and omega-3 and 6 are good fats. You can find them in nuts, seeds, olive oil, fish, flaxseed, and avocados.
