Has anyone ever frozen a whole potato? How good is it?!

your not supposed to freeze potatoes twice because the ice crystals break the startch and makes the potato taste grainy.
Ancient people learned how to eat by expertimentation so I suggest you take 1 potato and try it out.
I'm sure it will taste fine .....because I have fries in my freezer and they always taste fine.
Why are you putting potatoes in the fridge? You're supposed to to keep them in dry, dark place. I keep them in a brown paper bag and they keep good in there. You can't let moisture get to them.
