Question: I had too much sugary stuff, now I feel like I wanna vommit?
Any suggestions?

btw, when I eat too much sweet foods I often wanna eat something spicy or salty to make the horrible feeling go away. Why is this?

hypoglycemia!!! i have this, too. my dad and father-in-law are doctors, so i am probably correct about the cause. ;) not just a random internet answer. you should cut down on processed foods (pop tarts, candy, cinnamon rolls, etc.) and focus on good sugars, like the ones in bananas or ginger snaps. also--this is most important!--do not eat sugars alone. always eat them with protein. so, like mashed potatoes and chicken, or candy with some almonds, etc. if you feel sick, you need to eat protein. eat a slice of turkey or some peanuts. i swear it will work almost immediately!!



Eating too much sugar like that is extremely bad for you, so you should try to avoid this situation. If you don't like how it makes you feel now, how it may make you feel in the future must be scary.

Pepto bismol is labeled for easing stomach pains due to over eating.



People have different reactions to sugar, and you maybe need to see a doctor to be sure you don't have diabetes or something. In the meantime, drink water and avoid junk food.



You're in sugar shock. You body can't balance the sugar overload with enough insulin that fast.

Try eating less sugar at one sitting. It's better for you to have it in moderation.
