you can be creative, its like chicken, it can take alot of different flavors. i always like thyme with poultry, some smoked paprika could be good. this recipe calls for parsley

for 500g turkey: 1 tsp or so cumin and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper go well, and some chopped coriander/cilantro (fresh)

onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper are good too!

ive found that mrs dash for chicken and pork works really well for both of these meats. its also good in fish and it does nt add any extra salt

personal experience

Sage, thyme or poultry seasoning. Also, take mayo & cranberry sauce and mix them up together real well and spread that on your bread or bun, very tasty.

taco seasoning, bbq spice, salt and pepper, pretty much whatever flavor you want

Pepper.

Taco spice!

garlic powder, minced onion flakes, parsley and a dash or two of soy sauce.
