What goes good with Rice?!

Question: What goes good with Rice?
I'm out of soy sauce because SOMEONE IS A LITTLE JERK!
Anyway, what goes good with rice? I wouldn't mind eating it plain with some pepper, but I prefer some more flavor.

Sorry you are out of soy sauce by the ruthless act of an unkind person!!! See if you have any canned broth in your kitchen cabinet or one of those broth cubes. Whether you warm up a can, or dissolve the cubed broth in hot water, you can pour a bit of that over the rice. Also, a little melted butter is always tasty. You can grate some cheese over the rice, which will melt and taste yummy, or sprinkle some cheese on it if you have a can of parmesan cheese. Use your imagination combined with what is available in your kitchen, and be ever-so-grateful for the following observation: if the worst thing that happens to you in life is that some lil' jerk uses up your soy sauce, you will have a wonderful, wonderful life!!!!!

In most asian supermarkets you can find japanese curry that comes in a box. Usually it's in a foil packet that you boil and then pour over rice, i think it tastes pretty awesome. If you cant find that you can always put chili on top of your rice. If you know how to cook try making jambalaya or something along the lines of that, fried rice stuff. Seaweed is pretty good too. Fried spam, olives, bell peppers, rice seasoning called furikake i think, eggs.

Eggs (trying scrambling them in the frying pan with the rice),
Black Beans,
Chicken,
Salt, Pepper, and Lemon or Lime (great combination),
Cream of Mushroom with Chicken,
Vegetables.

Hope these ideas help!

Cream of Mushroom goes great with rice.
Chicken and gravy.
Chili
Steak
Black Beans
Tomatoes
Veggies like peas or broccoli
Here's an odd one: Sugar. It may sound gross, but it's pretty good.

one thing would be chicken. but it depend if you are a vegetarian. anything thing could eaten with rice. i mean you could eat rice with milk too. alll you have to do is put sugar in it to make it sweet.

Adding Parmesan and some butter would be good. You could mix mayo with hot sauce, a personal favourite of mine. Canned salmon goes well mixed up together. There are a lot of possibilities.

a can of mushroom soup
butter, salt and pepper
saute veggies in butter or oil with garlic salt and pepper

just a few
good luck and bon appetit!
