How can I throw up all the food I ate?!


Question: How can I throw up all the food I ate?
I ate so much today and now I am scared I'm going to gain weight. Whats a good way to throw up ALL of the food I ate today?

Don't do that. :( It won't help nearly as much as you seem to think.

One day of extra calories is not going to make you gain weight. Also, I'm not sure if you knew this, but it's almost impossible to throw up ALL of the food eaten.
In addition, sugar calories begin to be absorbed as soon as they enter the mouth. (it's true that fat calories wouldn't be absorbed until they reach the lower intestine)
If it's been more than an hour, the food has already passed through your pyloric sphincter and into your small intestine. It's too late.

It will only ruin your progress if you keep this mindset of "if I make ONE mistake, I will get fat!" Because that mindset will stress you out to the point where you will just give up altogether.

Don't be so stressed out about your weight. You don't need to be unhealthy. :) At 5'7 and about 150 pounds, you are not even close to fat. I really think you should consider talking to a school counselor. You could potentially be healthier (mentally and probably physically as well).

Sweetie, don't make yourself throw up, it's very unhealthy and if you keep doing it, it can ruin your teeth, skin and internal organs. One day of overeating won't hurt you. Tomorrow, take a long walk. Start exercising regularly, 3 - 4 times a week for at least one half hour. Don't eat a lot of fried and fatty foods, stop soda except for once in a while. Only eat candy, cake, etc, once in a while. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. You will lose weight and look great.



Honestly, don't be silly. The best thing to do is try and pass it quickly..if you know what I mean. When I eat too much and feel bloated I drink lots, hot tea is best which seems to make me go to the toilet (poo) alot quicker than normal, making me feel more comfortable and less bloated (& less guilty).
You really wouldn't have put on more th 1lb in 1 day so just look at today as a 'treat' day and don't eat as much tomorrow.
Very ad idea to throw it up!!!!



honestly, you can't gain that much weight in one day. i'm sure you're healthy, and throwing up all of the food you ate is not good for you, ever. just try to pace yourself and exercise regularly. but never try to make yourself throw up. it can only lead to more problems. good luck!



I suffer from anorexia, so bulimia is a bit different but all I can tell you is that you really shouldn't do that. Get help please. I am in recovery and trust me they find the best ways to help girls like us.



get ur finger, stick it as far down into your throat as you can until vomit comes out



Go to the toilet put your head over it and stick your finger down your throat
