What can a single gal do with a 10-pound turkey loaf?!

Question: What can a single gal do with a 10-pound turkey loaf?
I got TWO of them for Christmas in 2009, and I managed to get rid of one of them in 2010. But now I still have a whole one left. This is the compressed white meat turkey loaf like they sell at the deli, but this isn't sliced. Here is what I did with the old one:

Sliced some up to take to a potluck with some buns
Diced some up to add to rice for dinner
Grilled it on a George Foreman

This really isn't good-quality stuff. I hate to serve it to other people, but I don't want to waste it. Is it even still good since it's over a year old? It's been in the freezer the whole time.

Answers:

Is it a male or female turkey?

give it to a shelter
